Product Description Pure Chet. From New York to Nashville, this first-year version of the Country Gentleman guitar has all the timeless grace and style of Atkins himself. A 17" closed body with simulated f-holes, trestle bracing, Neo-Classic™ ebony fingerboard, twin High Sensitive Filter'Tron™ pickups and Bigsby B6CB vibrato combine to create that unmistakable Gretsch/Chet Atkins sound and vibe. New Retail Price = $2,759 Our Price = $1,819 (save $940!!) What was refurbished on this guitar: When this guitar came in from the factory, the authorized refurbisher couldn't find anything wrong with it. No repairs or modifications were made to the guitar - they simply gave it a set-up and left it alone. This is a discontinued model. It looks and plays like new. The hard case has a few minor scuff marks from being in a warehouse environment, but is otherwise like new. Back of the headstock is stamped "used" and original serial # has been replaced with a new one.
