Here on offer a rare Gibbo headstock, Yamaha Studio Lord, the Japanese Yamaha version of the Gibson Les Paul model, these guitars were produced in the 1970s and early 1980s, together with the better known Yamaha SG range which was made famous by guitarists like Carlos Santana, Phil Manzanera, Al DiMeola, John McGeogh, Stuart Adamson, Bob Marley, Andy Taylor and many more….this model has the quite rare open book headstock shape, which is reminiscent of the pre-lawsuit period with Gibson. This guitar has also been equipped with factory fitted coil taps and a beautiful ebony fret board.  Guitar is quite heavy, is-chambered and has ounces of sustain. The set up is nice and low and playing is very smooth and easy. This guitar is in near pristine condition, a solid built guitar, killer looks, great sound with lots of mojo.
