Fender Stratocaster Deluxe in 3 tone sunburst finish, made in the U.S.A. I've had this guitar from new. It was purchased from Academy of Sound in Norwich in 2002. The guitar has spent 99.999% of its 15 year life in its Fender hard case- bought with the intention on getting better on the guitar but what with increasing family members and work commitments, it has hardly been touched. It is in really great condition with only 1 small blemish where your forearm would sit when playing. It is about 5mm in size and quite unnoticeable- please see pictures. There is 1 light scratch on the back plastic trem plate. Apart from that, it is unmarked and in A1 condition. The body is 2 piece alder with a lovely grain. The neck is maple with locking tuners. The pick ups are the fender deluxe noiseless type. It comes with the original lockable Fender hard case and key, Fender strap with Schaller strap locks and the whammy bar. It has never been altered from standard and was professionally set up by the late, great David Roper. It plays, feels and sounds absolutely superb.
