The Bowman is a steel string OM . This stunning instrument features a solid cedar top, solid rosewood back and sides and a cutaway. As with every instrument we sell at Merchant City Music it will get a full check and set up in our Glasgow shop . We should point out though that Auden guitars are some of the best set up straight from the factory that we have ever seen. However, if you wish to have it setup in a particular way just . Auden Bowman OM with a solid Cedar top. This is a very rich and warm sounding acoustic guitar. The solid cedar top delivers slightly warmer tones than spruce. The Auden Bowman OM Cedar still has clarity though. Although this OM shape isn't quite as loud as the bigger models it delivers a lovely balanced sound. Perfect for finger pickers. The Auden Bowman OM Cedar Cutaway plays extremely well too. These acoustic guitars are some of the most consistently built we have ever seen at Merchant City Music. The quality control is extremely high. It all helps when it comes to play-ability. Also, because the Auden Bowman OM Cedar Cutaway has a slim, comfortable body. Electro Acoustic OM sized Guitar with Schertler Electronics. The Auden Bowman OM Cedar Cutaway also has a built in pickup system. You get a very high specification Schertler Lydia Pickup. Swiss company Schertler make some of the very best acoustic electronics available. The Lydia system does not impact the on the pure acoustic tone of the Auden Bowman. Another neat feature is that the guitar comes with two different bridge saddles. If you are primarily using the Auden Bowman OM Cedar Cutaway as a straight acoustic guitar you can use the included bone bridge. If you are using it more as an electro acoustic guitar then it also includes a synthetic saddle. This delivers an enhanced electro acoustic performance. You also get a very nice hard case included for good measure.
