The Colton Spruce Dreadnought is an with a pickup. It features a AAA solid Spruce Top with Solid Indian Rosewood Back and Sides. It gets a full check and professional set up in our Glasgow shop before we sell it to you. Auden Colton Spruce Dreadnought with AAA Solid Top.
The Auden Colton Spruce Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar uses top notch woods. Responsibly sourced woods as well. We got a chance to review the whole Auden range in our Glasgow shop. Everything in the range screamed quality. Compared to one of the more famous acoustic guitar brands the Auden is excellent value. The AAA Spruce clear and pronounced tones. Solid Indian Rosewood has been utilised for the back and sides. An African Mahogany neck is attached with Dovetail Joint. Attached to the neck of the Auden Colton Spruce Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar is an ebony fretboard. It features a dreadnought shaped body. It is the all-rounded body shape. It is equally happy with finger style and strumming. A Schertler Lydia EQ Preamp and machine heads feature.
Swiss company Schertler proved the machine heads and electronics for this acoustic guitar. Some of the finest acoustic guitar hardware money can buy. They have used the best of the best on the Auden Colton Spruce Dreadnought. The Schecter Lydia EQ pickup is under-saddle and the controls are hidden in the sound hole. A very non obtrusive system combining a CLASS-A internal preamp, with volume, bass and treble pots. You aren't cutting massive holes out of the instrument. This can detract from the acoustic tone. To finish it off you get a set of the Schertler Machine Heads and a solid hard case with certificate and personal invitation to the Auden workshop in Northamptonshire.
