Agile Pedulum 7-String Guitar Neck: 3-Piece Maple Neck 24-Fret Rosewood Fingerboard - Jumbo Nickel Frets - Fanned
25.5" - 27" Scale (+0.25"/String) GOTOH? Locking Tuners (Black) Body: 3-Piece Maple Body - Neck-Through Floyd Rose Tremolo Bridge (Black) Electronics: Seymour Duncan Blackout(s) - Custom 8-String Version Active Humbucker - Neck & Bridge Pickups This Agile Pendulum 7-String Guitar in very good condition. There are some small chips and marks on the face, sides, and back of the body, but no significant damage of any kind. This is a very heavy guitar, and the body is incredibly solid. The strings have been changed, and the guitar set-up and intonated recently, but may need adjustments after shipping, as well as some work in the bridge. Some of the Steel Strings have some sustain issues due to problems with the String Rollers on the bridge. This will likely need some sort of work from a Guitar Tech.
The Kahler Tremolo Bridge functions well, and the metal tremolo bar functions very smoothly, great for dive bombs and normal solo work. The rollers on the steel strings function as intended. Most of the rollers on the bottom four wound strings are stuck in place, and may need lubricant and other work. This does not significantly affect the playing of the guitar or the function of the tremolo. The locks at the end of the bridge all function perfectly, as well as the locking Gotoh tuning pegs.
8-String Seymour Duncan Blackouts ( x2 ) - Active The electronics work perfectly, and the Custom-Installed 8-String Blackouts sound great and full. The Switch and both Potentiometers function as intended. The black tone knob is a replacement, but the top volume knob and balck metal switch cover are original. The chrome screws on the back cover plate and the input jack plate are also new replacements and look great.
The guitar has a compound 27" - 25.5" Scale Length due to the fanned frets. The scale length changes +/- 0.25" each string. The Rosewood Fretboard is in great condition. The 24 Nickel Frets have very little wear, and no 'indents'. The Neck is solid, but not overly beefy for a 7-string guitar this heavy, great for shredding and fast, technical playing!
Overall, this is a great playing, unique guitar, capable of a lot of musical possibilities! I will include a padded soft case for shipping (Also Double-Boxed!). No strap is included.
