EDIT: consensus is that the serial number dates to 1976. See photos, research it independently and draw your own conclusions. No refunds because someone might think it dates to late 1975 or early 1977. It is sold as 1970's. EDIT: someone sent me a catalog cut from the 1976 fender literature showing natural as a factory color option. Truss rod works as intended. Action is nice. Frets are in good condition for age. Very playable.Original split pickup. Sounds and plays fantastic as expected.30" short scale length. I suspect that the pick guard is new. Thumb rest is original and will come in a plastic bag.Tuners are light weight hipshot tuners. These short scale basses are SLIGHTLY neck heavy IMO. Lightweight replacement tuners are like new. Original tuners are in storage and not available at this time. Gig bag included. Small dings on neck and body. Minor wear and tear for age. See eBay description of used above. Collectable. I am willing to take it apart and post more photos but prefer to leave it set up as is. The bass was purchased from very experienced and reputable shop. Shop sold it on consignment for a known customer. Buyers pays actual shipping costs and is responsible for additional insurance costs. I will pack it really well.
