Almost all the Violins I sell are vintage (second hand) and will require some maintenance on arrival. The Violins are shipped overseas from Japan and this can be a hard journey for Used Violin. The Violin condition noted is set by my personal judgment, which may be different from yours. I ship the Violins very well packed and in what I judge to be good condition; however, a Violin may arrive with shipping damage or you may feel it is not what you expected (e.g. you think it is different from the description).If you are not satisfied with the Violin for any reason - as the Violins have to be shipped internationally, things can only be handled in one of two ways (at the seller's discretion): 1) An insurance claim for shipping damage - in this case you would need to report the damage to the post office that delivered the Violin.2) I entrust judgment of PAYPAL.I cannot, for example, just send money to people who email to say they are not satisfied with a Violin for whatever reason.If you would like me to clarify anything please send me an email and I can explain further.
