I purchased in the early '70s from my guitar teacher. It is in the same condition I bought it in, except I added the missing logo back in the '80's. Otherwise, I've done nothing else but play it. I don't know the history prior to my purchase. Not much to look at, but it sure does sing!!! What I'd give to hear someone who can truly play a National play this one. I know they'd fall in love like I did. Definitely would need new strings first, however.
