PRICE REDUCED! 1987 or Early 1988 Fender American Standard Stratocaster, sunburst finish. Serial number indicates a 1987 instrument, that appears to have been built in late 87 and finally retailed in May of 88. Guitar is between 90% and 95% condition with very little visible wear or scratching on the front, and some slight scratching and minor dings on the rear. The original tremolo bridge has been replaced with a Kahler model with an additional locking attachment at the nut. The middle pickup was replaced with a KMD pup, and the original Fender pickup is in the case and will come with the guitar. Included in the sale is a hard-shell Fender case with an instrument cable, the original middle pickup, a strap and polishing cloth. This guitar was donated to a church charity store, and I am selling it on their behalf as they do not sell many musical instruments. Buyer will be responsible for shipping and insurance costs. According to the 15th edition of the Blue Book of Electric Guitars, this instrument in its present condition should be worth approximately $700.00 to $800.00.
