Up for grabs is my awesome Neumann M49 mic that was one of 2 that I bought (keeping the other for myself) as the last refurbed mics that Blue ever did before becoming their own stand-alone mic manufacturing company. Anyone that has heard or owned one of the early Blue refurbished classics, knows that they are some of the best sounding, low noise, reliable mics out there. I still have several other vintage telefunken and Neumann mics refurbed by them and will never part with them. Only reason I'm selling this one is because I just don't find myself needing a stereo pair of them anymore. This very mic has been used for vocals, acoustics, and piano on some very successful albums and will continue to have its mojo until the end of time. Be the proud owner of this little slice of history and sound awesome doing it. *********Attention mic nazis: don't ask me a bunch of technical questions in a snooty tone because I'm not a solder sniffer, I'm a musician/producer who is selling a good sounding mic in great shape. If you want this mic, buy it. If not, go buy an all original one for 11,000 bucks and hope that it works good on a daily basis. This one definitely will!!
