Up for sale one of my beloved Ibanez as200's. This is a 1980 converted left hand as200 in mint condition. The conversion was professionally done by master luthier Phil Jacoby out of Baltimore. He installed the new bridge (tonepros TP6),brand new plek fret job (medium jumbo), new unbleached bone nut. All electronics have been moved using original harness and all original electronics. These are the much sought after Super70 pickups in this guitar. Very minor issue with back plate of low E string tuner has fallen off (look at picture) tuner functions fine needs to be pushed in place when changing low E string. I have two of these guitars one 1980 and one 1986 both are converted righties and saw no reason to plug original holes on either it has no effect on the sound. This guitar plays and sounds amazing. I am selling this guitar and probably will eventually sell the other because to my surprise age has caught up with me and need to play light weight instruments. Comes with original case which is a little beat up on outside and case handle has no covering, very solid structurally and in great condition inside. I apologize to those who have seen this listing and watched it abruptly be taken down. I was unsure about letting this one go and panicked a couple times, sometimes it's hard to move on from an instrument you have spent a lot of time playing. This listing is up for good until it sells.
