Genuine Fender 2003 cherry burst Deluxe Telecaster body.Don't you hate it when the hole for the painting rod goes right through the date stamp! I'm 99% sure this is a 2003. I had two which I got from the States some years ago and I'm sure both were 2003. This could be checked by the serial number sticker in the body, but that's a painful, tedious process.Just add a neck and you're good to go.CTS pots, treble bleed, Fender 3-way, Duncan Antiquity in neck, Duncan APTL-1 in the bridge. Probably the original pickguard, I had a wooden pickguard on this when I used to play it. Pickguard still has protective film on it. Yep, has been played, but has minimal signs of use. Some light buckle rash on the back, three small/shallow dings on the front (top rear bout), tried to photograph these but not much showing in the photos. They really are minimal.Plugged it in and tapped the pickups to make sure everything was still in order electrically and they tested good.The photo of the back unfortunately shows some of the stuff hanging up over my workbench and what looks like a big swirl of scratches is actually fret wire hanging overhead. Back is good but for the aforementioned light buckle rash..Feel free to make me an offer (above the starting price), I have been known to respond to them at times.
