1974 Fender Stratocaster 3-tone Sunburst inkl. original black Fender Tolex Case
Very fine 1974 Fender Stratocaster in 3-tone Sunburst. This guitar is in good almost mint condition!
It's a Players one but it´s not abused -therefore it´s got the typical Dings and Nicks all over the Body and Neck. Nitro laquered light weight Alder Body (3.42kg) Typical 70´s Colour fading and artefacts has begun.The frets are in great shape and the neck has a very comfortable medium C-profile.All marks are smooth. Great playability and Sound.
The 3 original and desired 1974 Fender "Grey-Bottom" Pickups still have the staggered Polepieces all stamped ´74.
Great sounding Vintage Strat with the voice of the famous late 60/70´s Rock Hits we all knowwarm punchy with a lot of clarity.
Comes in its original period correct black Fender tolex case w/orange interior.Pots and a 5-way Switch have been changed at some time from wear out. Old locking Tuners on the Headstock changed back to period correct 70´s Fender- Logo Tuners -therefore one small aditional hole under the Tuners. Capacitor, Plastics, Screws, Neckplate with Serialnumber all original. No Backplate.Pat. Nr. 3.143.028 at the Peghead LogoIt was owned and used in Studio by a world famous Guitarist!
