Yamaha THR100HD 100-watt guitar amplifier in very good condition. This amp was a demo model from Sweetwater. The only thing detracting from its otherwise excellent condition is a scrape on the front side edge (pictured). Two channels which can be used simultaneously or alternated. USB connection for recording directly into a computer and also for deep editing of channel parameters (noise gate settings, boost type, speaker impulse response settings, etc.). Footswitch for controlling channel, booster, effects loop, and reverb. All original packaging and accessories included. This is a fantastic sounding amp. I really appreciate being able to easily carry it from home to rehearsal, interfacing it with a mixer and monitors at home, and cabinets at rehearsal, and be able to use the same amp settings in both situations. I normally play with two 100-watt tube heads in a stereo setup with an extremely loud band; this amp is not quite loud enough to replicate that. But it is very loud and will suffice for nearly any but the loudest playing situations. I'm considering getting two of the single-channel 100 watt versions of the same amplifier to double the power I have available, because I love the sounds that come out of it. It FEELS like a tube amp! I also love how easy it is to move around. I was able to effectively reproduce the various amplifier setups I use in stereo -- either a plexi-style Laney combined with a Krank, or the Laney combined with an AC30. The Yamaha's models sound a bit more like a Marshall and a Mesa-Boogie Rectifier, but that still worked great for me! This is a very versatile and satisfying amp. Please feel free to contact me with any questions!
