This is a very nice, fully functional ribbon and/or dynamic microphone.  It has been fully tested and works as near like new condition.  It includes a flag attached (WAMP radio) that was originally used on a boom stand above the talent for recording.  The flag can be easily removed if necessary.  There is a rotary switch on the back which allows the user to select between Ribbon and Dynamic elements or Both elements depending upon the application. There is a swivel mount on the stand adapter to allow adjustment angle from the audio source. It is compatible with modern stand threads. The output signal cord is approximately 3 feet long and terminates with a standard male XLR connector. This is an original Western Electric microphone and not the Altec version.  There was a contract issue with WE that required them to sell the patent to Altec and allow Altec to basically duplicate the WE microphones for both the 639A and 639B models. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.Shipping outside the United States requires using the eBay Global Shipping Program rules.
