Hi i am Scott Hennis and this a new Hennis mandolin, this is a complete hand carved high end model, 10" radius ebony fretboard with pearl dot inlays inside 1/4" curl maple dots. .052 frets, and ebony side binding w/white side dots. Body is curly maple neck sides and back,voice tuned spruce tone bars and top is engleman spruce from Simeon Chambers Colorado. Black binding throughout body. Peghead is bound with white/black/white binding, plate is curly maple w/black, purple dye. Bridge is handmade ebony base and deer antler compensated bone saddle. Hardware is nickel Grover tuners, nickel Gibson engraved tailpiece and d'Addario medium strings. French polish finish. This mando is a beautiful professional level mandolin and will be in my collection if not sold.
