Ebay has removed this ad a number of times because I have used the term AC-30 to clarify the tonal characteristic of the amp, and possibly also because I mention Johnny Depp. Because of this I have lost alot of the exposure needed to sell The price has now been dropped to expedite the sale .. best of luck !EKO Viscount These Extremely Rare Italian Made Tube Amps have a Class A power section which is quite the same as an old AC-30.It is certainly worth noting that this particular amp was owned by Johnny Depp when he was in his band "The Kids" back in the early 80's.Private message me for more information on that.In 1990 the amp was modified by John Suhr when he was working with Bob Bradshaw at Custom Audio Electrinics in Burbank California.The only modifications that were done are: 1) an Effects Loop that works superbly, 2) a nice new long power cable.The loop circuitry is completly bypassd unless something is plugged into the Return Jack.The "Master Knob that you see is the "Return" level of the loop.The return is essentially the input to the (AC-30 style) Power Amp section of the amplifier, making this amp a perfect slave amp to create a number of very impressive stereo routing options.The quirky EQ controls of the preamp section (labeled in Italian) lend the amp to being a very unique addition to any Guitarists collection.Excelling at a large "Jangly" semi clean type of vintage tube tone, and very responsive to Distortion Pedals as well.A Very Special Amplifier Instant PayPal Payment PleaseInternational Buyers please use E-bay Global Shipping Program If you are buying internationally and you choose not to use E-bay Global Shipping,you can still click "Buy It Now"and I will take the item to the post office for a shipping quote.
