This is a very cool old guitar. I have done a fair tad of mods to it to make it playable but they are ALL non-destructive and easily reversible and ALL of the original components come with the guitar. The mods are:Original tuners replaced with modern Klusons. Original bridge replaced with Tune O'Matic. Melodymaker pickup replaced by custom-made Curtis Novak P90 style pickup. These changes made the guitar into a reliable player, but, as I said, all of the upgrades were non-destructive to the guitar and easily reversed if desired. There is a very small crack in the pickguard but I had it repaired. you can see it if you look hard at the normal shots and you can see it pretty good in the closeup shots.ABOUT THE GUITAR1963 Gibson ES-120T Thinline, fully hollow electric archtop.
