Authentic 1965 Fender Deluxe Reverb-Not a Reissue!!! This is the real thing!!!I purchased this amp used in the mid-90's. I never gigged with it. It has been in my personal collection for nearly 20 years! I hate to part with it, but have decided to pair down my collection to just a few necessity items. I hung on to this amp thinking I might gift it to one of my children if they ever started playing guitar, but it looks like I won't end up passing it down. So, I have decided to give it a new home.The amp has been re-tubed, and had some caps and transistors replaced. It still sounds incredible!!! This was deemed by Aspen Pittman, former owner of Groove Tubes, as his "desert island" amp, with good reason. At low volume, the amp has the "Fender Clean" tone in spades. Crank up the volume, and the twin 6V6's start to clip into a warm and rocking overdrive sound.When I purchased this amp, it had not been modified at all. Everything was original, down to the RCA 6V6 tubes (which I still have and will ship with the amp.) Only when I turned it on one day and and one of the power tubes went out did I have it serviced. Like most old Fender amps, it is not uncommon to have the old Mallory caps replaced and some of the other electronics that deteriorate over time. This amp has never been "modded" or anything like it. I have tried to keep at as original as possible, but for a minor upgrade as far as the three prong polarity correct plug. Again, I have all the original parts that were replaced when the amp was serviced, and will ship them with the amp.In addition, I will package the amp to ensure safe transport and will insure it.
