Description
12 Universes over network 4 universes DMX direct outputs In-built touch screen Inbuilt 2D and 3D Pixel Mapping Full Media Server control - use with free MagicHD or 3rd party media servers Silent operation Compact size - carry on complient for all airlines Internal Ethernet Switch - 4 ethernet ports In-built UPS External touch screen support Includes MIDI in and out and Audio input for triggering and control Designed and manufactured in the UK MagicQ MQ60 is part of a new generation of small and lightweight MagicQ Consoles designed for travelling. The MQ60 fits within hand luggage restrictions of all airlines, including budget airlines such as Ryanair, Easyjet and Southwest. There are four patchable direct DMX outputs on the rear panel and a total of 12 universes over Ethernet: Art-Net I, II or III, Pathport, Strand Shownet, or sACN. For larger shows the MQ60 can be used as a net wing connected to a PC or Mac runnning MagicQ software to control 64 universes. No additional purchase is required. MagicQ MQ60 has an in-built touch screen and supports one directly connected external monitor or touch screen. A further 3 monitors or touch screens can be connected using networked computers. For example, a network cable can be run to a designers laptop at the tech table any view displayed there. MagicQ MQ60 has a built in UPS battery with both the console and the ethernet switch protected by the built in UPS. Low power consumpton means the MQ60 does not require a fan, enabling silent operation for studio, FOH positions. MagicQ MQ60 includes MIDI input and output as well as audio input for syncronization. MagicQ MQ60 includes inbuilt 2D and now 3D pixel mapping. MagicQ MQ60 connects to a PC or Mac running MagicVis - free 3D visualisation software. MagicQ MQ60 connects to a PC or Mac running MagicHD - free 8 layer Media Server. MagicQ MQ60 uses the same MagicQ software as all of our control consoles and files programmed on any of our other consoles can be loaded and played back (within the universe limits) or files programmed on the console can be saved and played back on any of our other consoles. MagicQ software features include; easy patching from a library of 11000 fixture personalities, simple programming, inbuilt Pixel Mapper. Shows can be programmed on any console or computer and played back on any MagicQ system. Show files are forward and backward compatible across software release versions and new features are regularly added to the software. It supports four DMX512 ports that are configurable as either inputs or outputs and one DMX port that is always assigned as an input. The SnakeSys B4 is designed as a multi purpose box to be used in places where a small portable Ethernet to DMX conversion solution is required. Universal Ethernet to DMX Interface Four DMX512 Ports (configurable as input or output) One dedicated DMX512 input porArt-Net and ACN Streaming DMX support Can be used with any Art-Net or ACN compliant console Universe selectable by rotary switches ChamNet remote configuration Stand-alone DMX buffer mode Can be powered by Power over Ethernet The SnakeSys B4 supports both Art-Net and ACN Streaming DMX network protocols. The DMX512 ports are fully configurable with DMX packet length, framing rate, and timings. In addition the SnakeSys B4 can operate in a non-network mode as a simple four port DMX buffer. The SnakeSys B4 can be configured from the front panel using a 4-way DIP switch, and 2 rotary switches. In addition the interface can be set to ChamNet mode, where the SnakeSys B4 is configurable from the MagicQ console, avoiding the need for local configuration. Multiple SnakeSys B4s can be used on a single network, either configured directly from the unit or by using ChamNet control from a MagicQ console. Multiple SnakeSys B4s can be synchronised together to ensure that the DMX output from the console is consistent and does not involve "tearing" either within universes or across multiple universes. The SnakeSys B4 can be powered from the SnakeSys R4 avoiding the need to run separate power cables. Alternatively, the SnakeSys B4 can be powered directly from mains input on a locking Powercon connector. When connected via network to MagicQ, the SnakeSys B4 unlocks the restricted features of MagicQ such as the full screen Execute Window and remote control.
