This a Guild X2000, last of the Bluesbirds designed by George Gruhn in 1992-93. The quality is the highest they ever made with Abalone and Mother of Pearl inlay. Ebony finger board and multi layer binding.Chambered mahogany body with flamed maple cap. No cracks anywhere (headstock and neck/body.This wood is old and dry and impossible to replace today. Guitar stays perfectly in tune all night. This is #10 of 50 total made. They cannot be readily found as a quick Google will show you. In Europe there is a similar model going for $5400.The neck is a thin taper neck, very fast with normal frets and bends like butter. Frets are in good condition.I have gigged with this guitar and it plays like the best 59 Les Paul ever built. I hate to sell it as it took me 10 years to find it.The case is original but needs help. A new handle and a few hinges ought to do it.I am not a flipper and only sell my guitars when I am through with them.thanksJack
