Here is a beautiful red Rickenbacker 360 made in 1986. You'll notice that it's missing the truss rod cover. What happened was that the last time I was polishing this guitar I saw that truss rod cover was cracked at the place where the screws held it in place (apparently a common problem with guitars of this vintage). I sent the cover to Rickenbacker to be replaced but they say they never received it. Even though I had proof that I sent something to Rickenbacker, I couldn't prove that I sent them the truss rod cover. So, those who know Rickenbacker's policy regarding replacement parts will know that they won't replace it without the original. Oh well, my loss--your gain. Other than that, it's in perfect condition and sounds great. One improvement over the original is that I replaced the tailpiece with one that makes it much easier to restring your guitar. I have the original (see last picture) and will include it with the guitar. It also comes with the original black hard shell case which is in great condition. Shipping is $60.00 to the 48 states.
