This meticulously handcrafted Telecaster has a spalted Canadian Maple top with a satin tung oil finish to allow the tone to shine. There is a solid Honduran Mahogany body, genuine Fender maple neck and tuners, rosewood fretboard, custom made metal pick guard fixed with antique brass furniture tacks, and control knobs / 3-way switch machined from blocks of solid brass.Under the hood you'll find the amazing Fender N3 noiseless pickups, 250K ohm pots with smooth audio taper across the whole range, treble bleed mod which retains the tonal clarity when turning your volume down (no more low volume mud) Premium 0.047uf Emerson Paper in Oil Capacitor, Wilkinson ashtray bridge and compensated brass saddles.No expense was spared in hand crafting this instrument and it sounds like it. No detail was overlooked in creating her amazing vintage look and incredible tone. She looks like she was born at 60 years old. All the nickel parts were aged in muriatic acid fumes to create the amazing blossoms you see in the photos. The tuners were NOT exposed to the fumes so as not to damage their internal parts - 0000 steel wool was used to satin their finish. There are even slight burns on the edges of the headstock to add to the vintage vibe. This is a serious player's guitar from top to bottom. She is the only one I built. I will not build another one like her so you will have 1 of 1. I built her for myself, not a customer build. Only reason I am letting her go is to finance another build. If you're looking for an exceptionally high caliber Telecaster that is totally unique and sounds like God, this is the one.
