The Limited Edition Heavy Relic Tele Caballo Tono Ligero presents an enlightened new take on Fender’s original workhorse tone machine. The name translates to “Light Tone Horse Tele,” which perfectly fits it chambered Thinline ash body, complemented by a single F hole and a heavy relic lacquer finish that imparts an authentic look of hard-played wear. Further, there is indeed considerable horsepower, courtesy of a TV Jones® Classic neck pickup, hand wound “Red Hot” bridge pickup, modern wiring and stacked 250/500k volume control.
