Selling my one owner one house, never gigged mint condition Fender Hot Rod Deville literally looks brand new. The Fender Hot Rod DeVille is a manufactured and sold by . It was introduced in 1996 as part of Fender's Hot Rod line of amplifiers, and since then has been in continuous production. The Hot Rod DeVille is a modified version of the earlier Fender Blues DeVille from the Blues amplifier line, and has a higher level of gain in its preamplification signal. The DeVille incorporates a 60 amplifier, and is available in two different models: a 212, which includes a pair of 12" speakers and the 410 with 4 10” speakers. The DeVille is the sister amplifier of the . Fender documented the build date as June 2008, we purchased from Skips Music in April of 2009 and the amp has been in our house the entire time since new. Skips provided a JJs tube upgrade- I have the originals GT Groove Tubes, yes they are included. The speakers are Eminence Legend 125 special design, 3 channels clean drive and drive more. There is no sound like twin 12s, they carry a depth that is unequalled. You will never run out of volume on the Deville if you do all the windows are already blown out. We tend to plug into our Fender Blues Jrs or Hot Rod Deluxes more often than the Hot Rod Deville so it’s time to let it go. The amp is as close to mint perfect condition with only one sign of use distinction on the control panel near the channel select button. The cabinet is effectively in mint perfect conditions, not a sign of wear anywhere on the cabinet. Half of the protective plastic is still on the face plate. The sound is, well there is nothing as clear or as deep as the Deville when it comes to sound, they are incredible! Yes we see others selling old used Deville’s that have been gigged, travelled across the country a few times and show significant signs of wear in a lower price point – all good if you want to save money and can handle obvious wear, tear and potentially lower longevity. This one looks & sounds new. It has never been used for gigs, actually it has never left our upstairs music room. The foot switch is still in the OEM plastic wrap- never needed it. I am hunting down the original receipt and owner’s manual. The Fender Deluxe front label has half of the original plastic across the faceplate, the other half I have been looking at long enough to have cut it off for these pictures. I accidentally pealed it off lifting the amp once. If you are looking for mint condition very little use and as close to new as possible at an attractive price point – this is arguably one of the nicest 2009 Fender Deville available for sale in the country.
