This is a vintage Florida Otto Link metal tenor saxophone mouthpiece, the tip opening is 7. Never damaged or altered, but it shows lot of wear. Normal wear for a good old mouthpiece like this.Worldwide shipping is $14, EU shipping is $12. Priority mail with tracking.

Not 7 as in the description.The ligature is an original Florida, but the srew has an 'A' stamp. Maybe it means 'alto'. The ligature is perfectly fit to the mouthpiece.
