2006 model year, Solid Flame Maple back and sides create distinctive warm tone. The Cordoba Custom Artist Maple is a classical guitar with a soundboard crafted from premium European spruce. Flamed maple back and sides gives this Cordoba guitar an extraordinarily warm and intimate character that is not easily found in instruments made of rosewood. The Custom Artist maple guitar features a deep body design with hand-cut and hand-laid bracing, and premium Fustero tuners. This guitar has great power, projection and quality of sound. It will satisfy the discriminating needs of the studio musician, concert artist or serious conservatory player. The Cordoba Custom Artist series offers concert quality guitars . I had Ben Chafin of Chafin Custom Guitars in Tampa FL put a bone nut and bridge on it and lower the action as Ive been playing Paco De Lucia pieces on it. Nice sounding and looking guitar with deep concert body and beautiful solid wood. Hard to find especially in this conditionNear mint condition with almost no wear and a couple of pencil tip size dings no cracks or breaks. Will ship in a non original hard case for shipping purposed the case has a couple of broken latches and hinges so if your going to take it out of the house you may want to buy a new one. case will be packed to FEDEX code in 2" of bubble wrap all around inside a crush proof box.
