Before reading the description of this item, I urge you to first check out my Ebay Seller Feedback. As you will see, my feedback is not only 100% positive--it's over-the-top giddy, a number noting not only the instrument's quality but also my integrity and knowledge and objectivity. I never disappoint. (To find out why buyers again and again describe my sells as "best experience I've ever had on Ebay," skip the description and see the WHAT I DO section at the end of the listing.)*******************Great opportunity to buy a signed, pro-level hand-made-in-Spain all solid wood authentic flamenco blanca with German Spruce top, true Mediterranean Cypress, Ebony fretboard, great tuners and a GREAT CASE at a price comparable to what you'd spend for a new Cordoba F-10. (Think about it.)
And in the highly unlikely event that you find one for as little as I'm offering this one, read the fine print--it's either not in this condition with a case this nice or it's almost certainly being sold from Spain and the shipping is going to cost you another $100; mine is $35, well under actual cost. Also: Pro set up and, despite being virtually new, sounds years better: I bought new and immediately hooked up to a ToneRite 3 and, so far, it's cooked for 100+ hours, so its top is well-opened.Also: Will come with two bone saddles, its original, for low action (3mm on low E at 12th) and another for super low (2.5). Also: Rare and stunning saffron finish--closer to the vintage Condes than the garish orange you find on some of the newer flamencos. Golpeadors; bone nut and saddle; superb tuners with adjustable pips and Ebony keys. 650mm scale/52mm at nut. I've also applied side dots (easily removable with and alcohol swab) for those who, like me, like the reference. Juan Montes guitars can occasionally be found in the US but if you shop around you'll find a few model 132s selling for considerably more than I'm asking for this one. Montes prices are linear--that is, the higher the number, the higher the list (with the exception of the highest, the Acre, which has the same basic features as this one but with fancier details and sells for about $2500). So this one should go for more than a 132. Cibeles Pro case is new, made in Spain foam "hard bag"--as rigid and protective as a hard shell but super light and looks great. Also comes with string ties, which increase the angle of the string passage over the tie block, thus enhancing torque and making it possible to use a super low saddle without losing any sound.Anyone following my listings knows I hardly ever offer returns. (If you check out my Seller Feedback you'll see why--I don't need to). However, I will happily offer a return on this. Obviously, you'll need to cover return shipping. But I can't imagine anyone sending this one back--great looker, easy player and GREAT, AUTHENTIC FLAMENCATURA. All solid wood; European Cypress (not Monterey or Alaskan Spruce, which now is passing for "cypress"); Ebony fretboard; hand-made in Spain; signed: To me, these are the baseline requirements for a "serious" flamenco. If you've shopped around, you've surely noticed that, on the whole, hand made flamencos go for a lot more than classicals--there's no hole in the doughnut. Granted, this one's not cheap--but the best price you're going to find on anything of this quality, with these features in this condition (Thus no room to wiggle on the price.)Feel free to inquire further as needed and check out other great VV: guitar deals: 706-372-4310. Product Specs 706-372-4310.WHAT I DOFor over a decade, I have searched out guitars of every conceivable sort, always looking for the unique instrument, especially those that are, 1.) great deals; and/or 2.) possessed of real character. I take care to ensure that each guitar is set up and playable as is--new strings, action as described, NO ISSUES: If you get it from me, it's ready to play out of the box. My prices are always competitive, usually well below what a similar instrument comparably set up would sell for elsewhere. A few typical Ebay feedbacks (some from repeat buyers):Fantastic!
