Firstly, we speak English, so please be assured that communication is easy.We have for sale a shop display Altus 907 open hole flute (USA shop price approx. $4300). Please see the link below for video. The flute is immaculate, and only has had hardly any use, only by trying out customers. Apart from ultra slight surface use, the flutes is 95% or more as new condition. The case is also immaculate, and we have the original Altus carry case.It plays beautifully, with the rich tone and easy controlability that we expect from Altus. We are suppliers to the trade worldwide, and we have access to many large Japanese manufacturers, and retailers, from whom we take such things as ex demonstration, ex display, and traded in stock from. They often cannot sell ex demo and display models themselves through their shops, due to contract agreements with the manufacturers (fixed retail prices). All our instruments, even in this condition, go through a thorough quality controlled process; most of our staff come from Japanese manufacturers, whose factories are ISO 9001 standard. We stick to those kind of quality standards. All flutes are stripped down, every pad and tone hole checked, cleaned, springs checked, all parts and felts, oiled, and any replaced parts are sourced direct from the manufacturers over here in Japan as necessary. After all servicing and maintenance, we leave the instrument for at least 2 weeks, and then it is checked thoroughly again….and again.  This is to give replaced parts time to settle, as pads can move, and glues change shape after drying etc.  A full overhaul can take up to 6 weeks.Only once our instruments have been signed off by both our Master Technician (Toshi-san), and an orchestral player (for playability), does the instrument go for sale.We only sell our top grade instruments on Ebay/Amazon etc. as the customer must be 100% sure of what is being received, if buying directly from us in Japan. We rank this flute as 95% as new condition.Video link, click here please:Photos link, click here please:We have English speaking staff, and can answer any questions very clearly. Please feel free to ask - we’re sure you’ll have quesitons regarding delivery times, and customs charges. Please note that there may well be cheaper flutes, of the same model, on Ebay, from Japan. But mostly, these are unserviced, and possibly bought as ‘junk’ status, from local Japanese used musical instrument stores, or general recycle shops. We are a professional, woodwind specialist company, made up of only highly skilled technicians that have been through woodwind repair school, and internal training, with one of the big Japanese manufacturers (e.g. Muramatsu, Altus, Miyazawa, Sankyo etc.). Worldwide customers can be sure of the condition and quality of what they are ordering, and we aim to take that worry out of the equation for you.SHIPPING:We ship instruments using Japan Post EMS Service, which is fully trackable online.Delivery times:USA/Europe - the package usually arrives in your Customs Department in about 3 business days. Depending on you customs clearing time, recently, they’ve been arriving on your doorstep about 7 business days from your order.UK - Recently a little longer than the US, about 10 busienss days from your order (due to slightly longer customs clearing time). We cannot guarantee this time exactly, so please do not give us negative feedback if you Customs Department has a backlog, and clearance takes a few more days.Note to dealers:We already supply exclusively to dealers in the UK, but for European/USA dealers looking to buy bulk student flute packages such as Yamaha 211,311,411 series etc., minimum order 20 flutes,  please conact us. If we don’t supply a company in your territory, we may be able to supply.
