Out of production, now hard to find, this is the reissue of Aria Pro II's famous PE-R80 (in this case, the PE-RX80).It was made famous by Neal Schon of Journey and Santana. He definitely got some great tone out of the original version!One of it's best known features is the smooth, heel-less design, which gives the player full access to the upper frets.It is a brilliant design and feels extremely comfortable. It has a mahogany body with a carved maple top and maple back, multi-ply body binding, set mahogany neck with a heel-less joint, 22-fret ebony fingerboard with pearl cloud inlays, matching finish headstock overlay with "Aria Pro II" logo, three-per-side tuners, original design SPT bridge, QH stop tailpiece, two exposed cream humbucker pickups, four knobs (two v, two tone), three-way pickup switch, two dual sound mini switches, and gold hardware.This is a beautiful guitar in the Vintage Brown color (a great reddish brown), and it is in Mint condition (with the exception of some fading of the gold plating on the tailpiece/stop bar). Other than that this thing is pristine.It has been sitting in a closet for the last several years, only brought out on occasion to get some playing time at home. It comes with it's original Aria hardshell case, and will be carefully packed for shipping.The Guitar Will Ship on the First Saturday after purchase and payment. Shipping to the U.S. Only.
