Description Brand: Prestige Dexterity: Right-Handed Model: Eclipse String Configuration: 6 String Body Type: Auditorium Cutaway Country/Region of Manufacture: Korea, Republic of Series: Rosewood Spruce
MSRP: $2199Retail: $1979 Condition: 2015 Brand New with Warranty PapersI first stumbled across Prestige guitars by accident. But it was a nice surprise. I bought one of their Heritage electric guitars thinking it was from another manufacturer. When I received it and checked it out and played it I decided I came out the winner. I called up Prestige the next day and became a dealer. Over the years I have been very impressed with each guitar I have received from them. They use top quality woods and electronics which offer great curb appeal. On closer inspection you can see that each is skillfully crafted and you find that they play effortlessly. Then you plug them in and realize you have a great tone machine as well. This particular Eclipse Rosewood / Spruce combination is incredible. Lively tone and easy play-ability. This is a Prestige B-Stock that means there is some minor imperfection but the guitar is still sold with the factory warranty. There is a small, 1/16" diameter light spot on the binding that looks like a finish imperfection. There are a couple scuff marks on each side of the neck near the headstock that appear to be finish imperfections. Prestige Guitars are some of the finest guitars available. They hail from Vancouver, BC, Canada. Their acoustic guitars are all built as an Auditorium style guitar with a beveled Venetian cutaway. All the woods in these guitars are hand picked in Vancouver from the same wood supplier as several other high end manufacturers. The C&C work, routing and painting are done in one of Korea's finer manufacturing facilities. Then all Assembly, Electronics, Fret work, Leveling, Crowning takes place here in Vancouver on all our models. Rich Tones With Ample DynamicsThe Eclipse Spruce Rosewood maintains an ideal tonal balance with the combination of solid Indian Rosewood back and sides, and solid Spruce top. Many players consider the combination of spruce top with rosewood back and sides, to be the standard that all other wood combinations should be measured against. Spruce as a top wood, has a very broad dynamic range and crisp delivery throughout its entirety. Rosewood has a similar basic tone to mahogany, but it’s as though you’ve taken the highs and lows and expanded the range in both directions. The bright end is sparkling and crisp and the low end is deep and booming. The combo of Spruce/Rosewood is tremendously versatile and can handle nearly any style of playing from flat-picking to finger picking and bluegrass with ease. SpecificationsAuditorium Cutaway Body

ABOUT FINE FRETTED FRIENDS: Purchasing a guitar should be an exciting and fun experience. It’s my goal to make sure every aspect of the experience meets or exceeds your expectations and that you receive a top quality instrument for a working musicians budget. Here is what I believe sets Fine Fretted Friends apart from the competition: Honesty - Unless otherwise noted, all images in my listings are of the actual item for sale. When imperfections are discovered, pictures are taken and included with the listing. Quality - Every instrument is inspected upon arrival, and re-inspected prior to shipment to the customer. (This means that I like to play the guitar one last time). I do not stock or sell items I would not enjoy owning myself. Value – All items have been personally and carefully reviewed by me. Some guitars are new, some are previously owned, and some are 2nds or blemishes. All auctions will clearly define which the condition. All guitars are top quality and playable that I would be proud to own myself. You can also visit our website at FINE PRINT: All Fine Fretted Friends products are items that I would personally use. All guitars have been tested and closely inspected. I try to report any and all issues with these guitars accurately. I care about every customer and because of that I care about each guitar. I include pictures of the actual items being sold. My desire is to make your guitar purchasing experience a joyful one. Many of my guitars carry the "used" stamp required by all manufacturers before releasing any guitar for resale. Others are previously owned but carefully taken care of. Some are new. I will identify each carefully in the listing. Instruments that are stamped “used” were purchased directly from an authorized refurbishing center, who purchased it directly from the manufacturer. Though listed as a "used" item it is actually like new! Many of their instruments come to them as discontinued or overstocked items. Some may be a slightly different color than the intended color. Some just need a proper setup. If there is any item not functioning properly the refurbish center has a dozen authorized luthiers who make the adjustments. The reason these instruments are listed this way is to avoid fraudulent warranty claims. The refurbishing centers, and our store, are required by the manufacturers to label them as used. These centers test, check and fix any minor flaws that might have been incurred during the manufacturing of the instrument. They make sure the instrument is in top playing condition before shipping it out. We also personally inspect each instrument before listing it and again before shipping it. Everything that leaves our store is in working order (unless otherwise stated). There is rarely a noticeable flaw in these items to qualify them as used and when there is, we will always note it in the item description and provide clear photos. As a reconditioned item, the factory warranty is no longer valid (unless where noted otherwise in the listing). This is standard practice for refurbished and reconditioned items. And as with any instrument purchased online, the buyer should plan on having the instrument set up to their own preferences and to add new strings. PAYMENT POLICY: We require payment within 72 hours of purchase and/or auction close via PayPal. If some situation arises after you bid feel free to contact me. I am very reasonable. If the address you have registered with PayPal is not Confirmed, please contact me prior to bidding. Most of our products are for sale locally as well and the auction may need to be cancelled at any time. Also sales are restricted to the continental US only to bidders with at least 10 positive feedbacks. SHIPPING POLICY: I will make every effort to ship the item within 3 days of purchase. This item will ship exactly as stated in the eBay listing. I will email you the tracking number the same day the guitar goes out. SHIPPING TO THE LOWER 48 STATES ONLY. If you would like shipping somewhere else please inquire BEFORE placing your bid. I package all items very carefully. I pay for insurance and for signature required delivery as well as for heavy duty quality boxing- I go the extra mile to make sure your guitar arrives perfectly! RETURN POLICY: I only sell guitars I would like to own myself. I stand behind what I sell and will accept a return conditionally. However, all returns must be approved by Fine Fretted Friends within 14 days hours of receipt. If you find any issues with the instrument or you find that it is not as advertised you may contact me to authorize a return within the first 14 days for full refund less shipping provided the guitar is returned insured, in the same packaging you received it in, and packed for return just as you received it. Instruments that have been altered or tampered with in any way cannot be returned- sorry! Returned items must be properly boxed, ample padding, and insurance. If you do not do this or the item has been tampered-with the return policy is not valid. All refunds will be given after we inspect and verify the instrument in its original condition. If you wish to return your instrument after the 14 days due to some unforeseen reason you will be charged a 15% restocking fee at the discretion of Fine Fretted Friends based on the discussion between the seller and buyer. If the item is being returned due to something that is out of our control, .i.e. you changed your mind, failed to read the entire ad and/or details, etc., you will be charged the restocking fee. This pertains to items being returned before or after the 14 days period. We wish to discourage buyers from buying with the assumption they can return the item simply because they changed their mind. There is significant time and labor involved with selling guitars and we are asking that the buyer detemines they can afford the purchase and are serious prior to bidding. We will refund full payment for any returnable item less any return shipping cost from the buyer. These rules as they are binding and the terms of the listing.
