Dear musicians and collectors, you are bidding on a very old 4/4 violin. The violin comes in my opinion from the very late 18th or early 19th century and is in a good shape, though it has few repair over the instrument. The scroll is grafted. In my opinion the violin is ready to play - a new great strings should be considered and you would have a solo sound. The origin is unknown, but possibly a powerful dark sound work from Naples. The wood and work are amazing. The origin of the violin is unknown.
