Frets have been leveled and polished. Currently using SIT Power Grove Pure Nickel .010-.046 strings set at Fender specification string height (4/64") and with just a smudge of relief. Truss rod works fine. I think there is room to drop the strings a bit lower if that suits your style. Tremolo is set to be floating, but stiff and easily adjusted to personal preference. This guitar rings when you play it unplugged. The Fralin pickups have a sound that is very true to the glassy vintage Strat sound we all love. The blender gives you the ability to play neck and bridge together or all three pickups at once. The case has seen some hard days but still solid and functional. Body is black so photos are somewhat deceiving. Guitar has been played extensively and has typical belt marks, dings, paint swirls and pick scratches. Neck is pretty clean with a small ding at the top of headstock and some finish loss in a few spots on the treble edge.All in all...a great guitar for an incredible price.
