2016 Palir Imperial - Sonic Blue Medium Relic Offset Electric Guitar
Estimated price for orientation: 2 299 $
Category: Electric Guitars
Class:
Description Brand: Palir Dexterity: Right-Handed Body Type: Solid Body Color: Sonic Blue Model: Imperial Body Material: Solid Wood String Configuration: 6 String Model Year: 2016
For sale is this Sonic Blue Imperial made by John Palir in September, 2016. This guitar is an incredible offset, and is loaded with Gretsch Filtertrons in the bridge and neck positions and a Porter s90 in the middle. The wiring is not like your typical JM-style “rhythm/lead” circuitry, and is more useable in my opinion (see photos for diagram). The Imperial has also been equipped with a Mastery Bridge and Tremolo, which allows for extremely stable tuning and intonation. The body is Swamp Ash, and has been finished in Sonic Blue nitrocellulose lacquer and mildly aged. The C-shaped Hard Rock Maple neck has been given the “medium roasted” finish, and is incredibly smooth! The rosewood fingerboard has a 10” radius and 22 frets (6230 wire). This guitar plays and sounds wonderful, and is in “like new” condition with original locking TSA flight case and COA.
