Thanks for taking a look at this very nice rare electric guitar.

This is both a rare and collectible made in the USA guitar that took NAMM by storm when it was first introduced--it was played by as well as supported by John Sebastion among other players--it is not an oddity in the sense that it is a professional grade--hand made in the USA guitar with features that make it both unique as well as providing a darkly rich sound. Plus you'll likely never see anyone else on stage with one of these because they are just that rare.It conforms to all the criteria for the USA model which makes these even more rare than the short lived Korean models--the Loco-Motive T series was only made in 1997 and though i can't find a total for that year it is true they are all hand made so the amount of these in existence can not be very high--Body is MDF with vintge tweed cloth inserts made to look like old radio speaker covers--the thumbs up headstock design is unique to this instrument and though very strange is an excellent design for string placement--All of the USA Lindert's have the Escape Velocity necks which players love--they are asymetrical--flat on top and rounded in back in such a manner as to increase speed while decreasing hand fatigue--they have been favorable compared to Fender Custom Shop guitars in terms of quality and craftsmanship and sound--the sound is very bright with a dark perimeter--full and rich without any muddiness in the pickup configurations--These came with gig bags mostly--this one comes with  a very nice Hard case and is shown in the photos, black tolex, very much like a vintage Fender but with black lining. Cosmetically it is almost mint as you can see from the scans
