Up for sale is this beautiful Limited Edition Custom Gibson Advanced Jumbo. This guitar has all the bells and whistles. First up the back and sides are made from solid Mystic Rosewood which has the wildest grain I have ever seen, you can even see where some branches started growing, very cool. The top is made from AAA Adirondack Red Spruce which helps to give it that awesome tone. The action is set up perfectly with no buzzing anywhere on the neck. These guitars are well known for being one of the most powerful acoustic guitars ever made. The top has the advanced X bracing just like the original built in the 1930's. You have never heard a guitar like this......a bass so deep and full it can be felt as well as heard with the mids and highs in perfect balance. The neck is1.725 at the nut and is V shape made from Mahogany with a rolled edge Rosewood fingerboard and diamond and arrow pearl inlays. Also the headstock has the old Gibson script in Mother of pearl...very cool old school. Aged cream binding on the body and neck. 24 3/4 scale makes this guitar very easy to play. All Bone nut, saddle, and fossilized ivory bridge pins. (I replaced, comes with original pins also)Only 35 of these where made.This Limited Edition will be a prized possession for years to come. The guitar includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity, plush Gibson hardshell case and all the goodies pictured. There is no pickup in this guitar. It has never been out of my house.
