Very nice parlor guitar has been reconditioned at some point with X braced spruce top and ready to play. Great travel guitar with a sweet little 12"wide lower bout, 19 fret neck action very good. Picture 12 shows a side/back seem seperation repair that is very sound and very common on old parlors. This guitar has no cracks or breaks and the X bracing will keep this guitar playing nice with steel strings for years to come. You pay all shipping and insurance.
