Up for sale my 2016 Tone King Royalist 45 MK II combo.  This EL34 tube amp is fantastic at copping the old Marshall tones.  Note this is the MKII, which includes a two inputs (deep and bright) and the up-graded Ironman II attenuator.  Sounds great home or in live situation, but this amp won't go down to whisper volumes unless the master is very low and the tone will be very clean.  Amp is a very early one, SN 008.  Like new, except for a rounded corner (see pictures).  Also included is an amp cover, power cord, manual and some OEM spec tubes (TAD).  Bias and screen voltage can be checked and adjusted on the back of the unit (very handy!).  Why am I selling?  I have two Royalists - the other is the 15 watt version, and frankly, that's enough for me, when connected to an extension cab.  These don't come up for sale used very often - and they're $3000 new.  I'll cover shipping - but no international shipping, please. From the designer Mark Bartel (who recently left Tone King) on these amplifiers (from the owner's manual):The Royalist is inspired by the sound of the early Marshall amps, and you will certainly hear elements of the old JTM45 and JMP50 in
this amp. Regardless, the Royalist is not a mere clone of any vintage amp. It is a new design which captures the essence of those fine
vintage amps, but goes further as well. The basic idea behind the Royalist was to focus on the tones of early, lower gain, non-master volume British amps. In particular, tones that span from clean to edge-of-breakup, as you might hear on some of the old Jeff Beck Group tracks and many other classic rock tracks of that period, to the bright, crunchy sounds of AC/DC and the like. There is a particular quality to the attack and the harmonic content of these early non-master- volume amps that sets them apart from the higher gain models that came later. Achieving and improving upon these tones was no easy feat. Given the harmonic complexity required, and the dynamic response needed, every detail had to be perfect. Component layout, component choice, wiring scheme, etc. all contribute in a much larger extent than they do in a typical Fender style
design. By incorporating some innovative design features, I was able to tune the design to improve upon these classic tones as well. For example, I used a tube-based screen supply regulator to control both the voltage and source impedance of the screen supply, which allowed me to independently control the feel of the note attack and the amount of sag in the response. With this circuit, sag is virtually eliminated, but the amp doesn't feel stiff. The new MK II update receives both dual inputs (bright and deep), and the revised Ironman II attenuator. The Ironman II architecture provides a reactive load circuit, as well as other design features such as volume-compensation circuit which really do a great job at preserving the tone  and feel of the amp at very low volume.Output Power: 45W
