Up for sale, my last box of 100 NOS TI CV7003 germanium transistors (UK military version of the OC44). PNP. They are the black ink version ('66 production). NOS, tested with an Atlas DCA-55 for gain and leakage. Great transistor that is used by many (Analogman in the Sunface, for one). Most like to sit in the 70-125hfe range with low leakage.The box will be tested but no picking out - what it there is what you get. I will only replace any duds so there will be 100 in the box. Add $10 shipping to the lower 48 via USPS Mail.All but about 8 have black lettering ('66 version only about 8 with the red lettering from '68). Here's a breakdown for ranges for one of the sets (the other is similar): 40-49hfe = 2, 50-59hfe = 5, 60-69hfe = 11, 70-79hfe = 16, 80-89hfe = 18, 90-99hfe = 12, 100-109hfe = 17, 110-119hfe = 10, 120-129hfe = 7, 130-139hfe = 2. All have low leakage - most don't show on the DCA-55 and the few that do show are usually under 60ua leakage. I haven't individually tested for sound/noise but have used this type in many builds with good results in fuzz pedals and boost pedals.
