I never spoke with them by phone, but we traded about a dozen emails. Their communications were very detailed, thorough and timely.At each step of the process, they sent me a note (sometimes with a picture) and asked if I had any concerns or questions. In being so mindful, they were able to easily accommodate my needs. For example, to upgrade the power supply for my Scorpion desk, it was determined a fan should be installed. Instead of slapping one in and then later telling me about it, I was able to let them know that I am paranoid of fan noise, and that I wanted the quietest fan that they could find.I then wanted GRS to fabricate an (upgraded) 25 foot cable so that the power supply could be relocated to the machine room. Something possessed them to describe the flexibility of the cabling they intended to use, which was a bit stiffer than the original snake, and they asked if that was OK. Why would anyone go to the trouble of asking about such a minute detail? Perhaps wisdom born of experience? For soundproofing, the cable trough I have between the control room and machine room has a couple of 90 degree turns as well as one tighter 180 degree turn. Therefore I needed a cable with "normal" flexibility.
