What we have here is a 2014 Taylor 814ce Grand Auditorium...This beautiful guitar is in mint condition with no issues...The Sitka spruce top & marbled ebony fingerboard are very nice on this one...And the east Indian back & sides is absolutely gorgeous...Amazing sustain and articulation with these incredible guitars.... In 2014 Taylor totally reinvented their 800 series models, and I love the new look and spectacular sound. The 814ce is given a custom bracing structure that results in a looser, more luxurious low end. An ultra-thin gloss finish gives the wood a chance to really breath, leading to a more open sound and allowing the aging process to go unhindered. Comes with the Taylor hardshell case and everything that comes with them new. I sold this new to a collector friend about a year ago who rarely played it. Could pass for new.With a tonal upgrade, these 800 models have been given an aesthetic upgrade to match.
