Lyon & Healy Style 17 Concert pedal harp with bench and original trunk and felt cover Double Action, Orchestral Size Style 17 concert harp made from curly maple and mahogany. This harp was the 2nd harp made from Lyon & Healy in 1956. Column, base and crown are hand carved, painted and gilded in a floral motif. Harp has been regulated, maintained and re-gilded. Signed on the back of the soundboard. Marked "No 4641-17". Canvas covered trunk / case is stamped with "Lyon & Healy Inc. Harp. Manufactured at Chicago, USA." Provenance: From the Indianapolis estate of Mary Catherine Wild. 70"H 37 1/2"W weight 70 lbs.
