This is a very rare and collectable Vintage Fender "Esprit" Standard in Cherry-Sunbust.
She is a 1984 model with humbuckers pups and fixed glued neck. She is in good condition for a guitar that is 32 years old with mild back rash and the odd dink or two, but this only adds to the character and sheer "mojo" of this great guitar.
The Fender Esprit guitars were built between 84/85 in the Fujigen factory in Japan. The Elite Esprit had 8 digit serial number, but the Standard has a 6 digit number preceded by a letter, however the letter is unclear on this stamping.
The sounds offered are excellent, with 3 way selector switch and humbucking pickups.
As a real bonus, this guitar comes in a period correct Fender USA hard shell case, which alone I have seen these sell on eBay for over £250. Lovely rounded C shape neck and rosewood board - nil fretwear too, which proves this guitar has had little use.
I will deliver via an Express Courier "FREE OF CHARGE" or may be able to deliver in person for just the petrol money and take cash on delivery.
