Meistergeige aus Böhmen, mit Zettel: Franzesko Ruggeri p in Cremona anno 1675.Bei diesem Instrument handelt es sich um eine Spitzenvioline. Sie ist ein mit bestem Tonholz gebautes Streichinstrument.
Die Violine ist für ihr Alter in einem gutem Zustand und hat kleinere, altreparierte Beschädigungen. Sie hat eine wunderschöne, feinjährige Decke und einen wundervoll geflammten, zweiteiligen Boden (siehe Fotos 1-5). Die Zargen sind außergewöhlich schön. Das Instrument ist ca. 90 Jahre alt.
Der braun/gelbe Lack verleiht diesem Instrument eine unverwechselbare Aura. Die sehr schöne Schnecke rundet das Bild ab.
Die Geige ist bestückt mit neuen Saiten und einem neuen Aubert Steg.
Die Violine ist sofort spielbereit. Garantiert wird ein sehr weicher und brillanter, großer Ton. Das Instrument hat eine leichte Ansprache.

According to its age, the violin is in a good condition with minor old repaired demages. The instrument has got a beautiful top plate of fine grain and a wonderful curled back in one piece (see pictures 1-5). The ribs are very charming.
The violin is about 90 years old. The brown/yellow varnish reflects an unmistakable aura. The beautiful scroll rounds off the picture of this violin. The instrument is equipped with new strings and a new Aubert brige.
The violin is in full playing condition, and has an easy response. A brilliant and very soft tone can be assured. Total length: 59,5 cm Corpus: 35,2 cm
