This is a 80's portable cutting machine for 7" single records.
You can easily make your original record with this, although it's only for monaural recording.
This has both Mic and Line inputs, can adapt to both 33rpm and 45rpm.There also be "Atom Recorder A101" which has the same specification.
According to our research, that is because these are made by the same manufacturer.
The manufacturer changed its name from "Vanrock" to "Atom". Seems like the previous owner didn't use this so many, since the machine and its box are still neat.
The machine doesn't have any flaws. Revolutions are still steady.
We'll tell how to use this machine to successful bidder.Although there are dedicated discs for cutting machines which are made of lacquer, we use a plastic disc in our demonstration video which you would be able to get anywhere.
Therefore, it would be more noisy than using lacquer discs. You can get 7" lacquer discs at Apollo Masteres / Transco. This operates on AC100V 50/60Hz since this is the product for Japanese market.
You may need to use transformer if you use this in other areas.
