2000? Fender American?/Mexican Stratocaster with Rio Grande Dirty Hairy pickups! Turns out what I bought(as was advertised )to be an American Standard is not. MiM body with a 2000 Fender American neck. I'm not even sure about the neck. The serial # has a Z in front of the numbers. It's still great guitar. Has a few scuffs and a finish scratch on the beveled part where you arm lays. The pickup cavity is totally shielded . The large scratch in pic 10 is barely noticeable in normal light. I took pick in the sunlight so you could actually see it. It's only on the clear coat not in the wood. I've added pictures to show. Also this pick guard came with dirty harry's installed. You can see from the pics it lined up on all holes but one. It's no problem. Lite buckle rash but otherwise it's in great shape for its age. The neck looks great. Stays in tune. Frets have life in them . I added photos of neck and frets. The back of the neck looks like it's been lightly sanded between g-b positions. It's smooth. It came that way. I've only added loaded pick guard. pickups rock. Gives the ole Strat a p-90 tone but yet still sounds like a Strat. Action is low. Comes in a non fender case. SHIPPING IN CONTINENTAL USA ONLY.
