Ludwig Vintage Silver sparkle Drums. Re-wrapped in Delmar silver sparkle. Started life as a late 70's modular kit, but has been re-furbished to a 60's standard with keystone badges and vintage hardware added.22"x12" bass drum (This is a shallower depth Like ginger baker had. Was also called a new Yorker.) One of the hoops is not original with a thicker inlay, which would suggest it's a premier or gretsch hoop. Remo emperor batter skin and remo resonant skin with vintage Ludwig logo.13"x9" tom (no mounting bracket so would have to be mounted on a snare stand. The one pictured is not included in the sale) Remo ambassador coated batter side, unknown clear skin resonant side.16"x14" floor tom (also a shallower depth than the usual 16"x16". This has also been done to replicate the ginger baker model) Remo ambassador coated skin batter side, unknown clear skin resonant side. All drums have been cut down from power tom sizes. The bearing edges on the resonant side aren't perfect (See pics), but the batter side is fine. Also Ludwig modular 13" toms had 8 lugs instead of 6, so these have been filled and re-drilled.These drums sound amazing. The floor tom in particular is a monster.
