This is a unique 5 string bass. It has a Duncan Seymour pre-amp installed. This is a light bass (8lbs). Perfect for medium to small size bass players but it has a big sound and plenty of punch. It can be used for all genres of music. It has crisp highs and deep lows. The controls consist of a volume knob, which when pulled up makes the bass passive, when pulled down activates the preamp. The original configuration did not include this feature. There's a pickup selector, high/low toggle switch, a stack knob that controls (boost) the bass and midrange, and a treble knob. I'm including the bassline j pickups which it originally came with the preamp. It is in excellent shape and also had recent fret work done. Includes free shipping with a soft padded cover or Fender hard shell case if you choose local pickup. This bass can play all the grooves and will make its new owner very happy
