I've been told this might be a Stromberg pot with either a Liberty Banjo Co. or Stewart McDonald neck. Pot could be from the 30's or 40's with the neck probably from the 70's. Very ornate binding around the edge and on the resonator. Finish in good condition. A good sounding banjo with a compensated bridge, Tuners work well, banjo stays in tune. Comes in a softshell case that it was in when a bought it about 6 years ago in a Florida Pawn shop. A cool banjo.
